Nellie Tehrani-Ryce

Nellie Tehrani-Ryce is a seasoned animation and VFX talent leader who has spent more than two decades building world-class creative teams for feature films, series, and high-end commercial projects. As Vice President of Talent – Animation Operations at PARAMOUNT ANIMATION and former Head of Production at PSYOP, she has operated at the intersection of artist recruitment, production strategy, and career development, overseeing studio-wide hiring, managing complex CG and mixed-media pipelines, and cultivating long-term relationships with top artists across global markets. With roots as a media arts career advisor and editorial contributor in the animation space, she brings a uniquely holistic, studio-savvy perspective to matching creative talent with the opportunities where they can have the greatest impact.
